What are the shipping costs?
There are shipping costs of EUR 4.90 net per package.
Shipping is carried out by Bluebox Promotion GmbH and is only possible within Germany. Both the invoice address and the delivery address must be within Germany. Unfortunately, it is not possible for the customer to choose a shipping company.
How long is the delivery time?
The shipment is generally carried out within 5 working days.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the increased volume before Christmas.
Can I send a product as a gift to a specific recipient?
Simply enter a delivery address in addition to your billing address. The invoice will be sent to your address and the goods will be sent to the delivery address. Unfortunately, gift wrapping is not possible.
Accepting the delivery
Please check the goods for any damage or defects other than those immediately visible on the outside upon receipt of the delivery. The inspection must be completed no later than 2 weeks after receipt of the delivery. The obligation to give notice of defects in accordance with § 377 HGB only applies after the inspection has been completed.
